King’s Gate Revival Ministries first feeding scheme started during 2018 within Bloemendal which gave birth to The Beacon of Hope Foundation. Since the nationwide lockdown was announced by the honourable President Cyril Rhamaphosa, the need grew exponentially. This has lead us to expand our reach and help as much people as we can. Currently we run 16 feeding schemes and we feed +- 8000, people a week depending on the amount of resources available. Serving areas (Nelson Mandela Bay) The areas we currently service is Windvogel, Arcadia top and bottom, Hillside North, Riemvasmaak, Kliprand, Bloemendal, Vastrap, Extension 32, Timothy Valley, Saltlake an area in Uitenhage named Moegesukkel and the latest area being Algoa park. We rely on local businesses and community members to sponsor or contribute to what is needed.
A lot of work goes down at the grass root level in communities in the remotest corners as well as the most populous metros across the Notherns, with schools and government bodies. We need your contributions to keep coming in.
